[nagdu] Certified Trainer?

Buddy,

This is a valid question. Training programs certify their trainers, so it is fundamentally an internal certification. As of now, there are no regulatory agencies certifying service animal trainers. There are some jurisdiction that certify dog trainers, but not service animal trainers, specifically nor would I be in favor of such a thing, as this would then likely lead to disqualifying individuals from training their own service dogs.

What is a certified trainer? Sigh.

If states keep presenting bill’s such as these, I’m afraid one will get passed and negatively impact the rights of legitimate service dog teams.
