[nagdu] GDF Update

The problem with this idea is that someone has to keep this page
up-to-date on an annually or semiannually basis. There is already a
guide dog school survey that provides all sorts of information about
the various programs throughout the US. The problem with that is that
it was taken in 2006, and no one has cared to update it. There are
more guide dog schools on the scene, and some guide dog schools have
changed drastically since 2006.
I think there should be an up-to-date webpage listing all the guide
dog schools with all their contact information, as well as what
areas/countries they accept students from. Other than that, guide dog
schools should keep their own websites updated, and prospective
students should bare the responsibility of figuring which program, if
any, are a best fit for their needs.
