[nagdu] Behaviour question

These are all good suggestions. A dog will not continue to jump if he
isn't inadvertently being rewarded for it. If you are talking to
someone outside while your dog is working, you could have him sit.
when someone comes to your door have your dog lay down or go to a
specific place. It might be useful to have a leash on hand that you
can attach to your dogs collar until he learns to stay for longer
periods of time. It might also be beneficial to tell anyone entering
your home to ignore the dog if he jumps on them. That way, he will
come to realize that it is useless to jump on unfamiliar people
because they won't pay any attention to him.
