Hi Danielle, have you had them check her for allergies? It could be something like that. Also, ow don't know what you are feeding her, but it could be a food issue. I'm not sure what a "deep" cleaning of a dog's ears might entail. Good luck! Wow! Does the vet have any idea as to why she's getting these infections? Debby with Neena
