[nagdu] tie downs

The Guide Dog Foundation has them. Are you a student of theirs? They are 
a vinyl covered wire rope with clips. They work great. I guess you could 
go to your local wire rope company and have one made. You want the ends 
swagged so there are no sharp wires sticking out.
