[nagdu] clarification on religious exemptions

That is an interesting question.  They do not have to make the church
wheelchair accessible either so if a group has a function at a church
that is not accessible to someone with a mobility impairment I think
the responsibility is on the group holding the event. That would
probably be true for a guide dog also.
