[nagdu] clarification on religious exemptions

Several years ago I had a dog guide, another parishioner had a service
dog and my son was raising a puppy to be a service dog.  The priest
asked if he could bless all of the dogs one Sunday and we all agreed.
It was great and everyone loved it.
