[nagdu] clarification on religious exemptions

I don't know this for sure, but I think I am correct.  If any of 
you who are Catholic have been denied entrance for a religious 
service, you should be able to go to the diocessan level and try 
to get redress there.  I do not know how successful you would be, 
but that would be my course of action.  Some dioceses have 
specific people who deal with disability issues.  Hope this
