According to a notice published in April 2013 by HUD's Office of Fair
Housing & Equal Opportunity, "Conditions and restrictions that housing
providers apply to pets may not be applied to assistance animals."
I've attached the notice to this message in case you want to print it out
and share it with Woodgate management.
