Lori,
My apologies for being blunt, but I think you are missing the point. Their
policy is contrary to HUD's guidelines. Take the document to someone over
there.

Hi Ginger,

Thank you for the attached info. But the issue really it's about my guide dog

but the fact that WoodGates pet policy says you can have one cat and one
dog only. We saw the ad in the newspaper about WoodGate apartments and that
cats and small dogs are welcome. If I have my cat and Gipp my guide dog in
this potential living arrangement, then I can't have my Chihuahua. I know
Gipp can be there and they can't charge me for him but he counts as a
animal in the household.

The pet policy says cats and small dogs welcomed but the management told me
that I can have only one cat and one small dog. and I can't have 2 dogs. I
don't want to have to give up my chihuahua and I absolutely won't do that to
my Chihuahua. I really don't see how I can get around this issue.

I have a family realitive who is a judge and I just might give her a call
and talk to her about this and see what she has to say. Take care.

Lori and the Gipper
