 Before I got my first guy dog we lived in a large subdivision and many of the 
neighbors dogs ran off leash. I called animal control and told him that I 
would be getting a guide dog and then I was concerned about all the loose 
dogs. They drove around the neighborhood for several weeks and apparently 
people got the message because when I did get my guide dog I never had a 
problem with loose dogs
