If I were considering pet insurance, I'd check with my vet first to see what
insurance they take.  I don't think they all take every insurance, though I
could be wrong.

 

I checked into a program my vet recommended, but, when I added up the
numbers, I decided I was better off paying out of pocket.  As Mark said,
it's important to know beforehand what the policy will and won't cover.
