[nagdu] Uber and the ADA

One of the reasons that Uber doesn't service many
airports is that the way taxi service works at
the airport is that they are part of a pool, they
wait in line until they are first up, and then
get a fare. Uber doesn't want to wait in line and be part of a pool.
