	Uber refers to their drivers as "partners"; this is the semantics to keep them from being a transportation company!

They didn't say "driver" here, they said "the partner." I don't know how to know if they actually "reach out" or not, but I admit to skepticism.

That's definitely a whole lot of nothing. To be fair, I've had similar problems with the regulated taxis, but not here in Erie. No problems with Uber here in Erie either. Not yet anyway.
