Hi, Raven,
I hope you know I wasn't offering any help myself. I was only relating my personal experience. I think dogs should be prepared for loud noises, too, but I am not certain you can really predict that they won't freak. Fisher wouldn't have, I think, but after Jet I'm not sure I would chance it. I think sometimes what we do is also based on the experiences we have had.
