[NAGDU] Apartment Complex- Picking up poop

[Passle Helminski]

The reason the do the DNA testing is when someone does clean clean up after their dog they can prove who it is by sending out the unpicked poop.  The DNA test will tell them which dog and which owner is not picking up.
