[NAGDU] Hiking with your guide dog

I don't make any special preparations. I've gone for 5-mile hikes with
my dog this winter with ice and snow on the ground. We even splashed
through a foot of water, very exciting!
The Golden Guy did a great job stopping at changes in elevation, which
is important to me considering there were many steep hills and lots of
ice. He also pulled much harder in harness as someone else said, and
that definitely helps with maintaining balance.
I didn't take a pole for support, but I also regain balance easily.
I didn't bring anything special with me for myself or the dog. We
drank water when we got back to the car.

You'll have fun.
