Hi all! This is Helga! I'm actually from Peru guys! However, I did came to
the United States almost 12 years ago! So I don't think  think you are
lunatics! Hahn LOL! I do now a story from a lady on my country who is a
lawyer or works for congress that came to the United States and got her
guide dog  though! I really find these topic about people from another
country getting their own guide dog from the United States interesting! I
did not know that  guys! Hope to hear form you soon.   Thanks and God
