[NAGDU] Wild to pee

Krokus is still drinking quite a bit, and needs to go out every 2-3 hours.
 Often, when I take him out, he is very anxious to make it to his pee
spot, and almost drags me over there.  I can deal with it in dry
conditions, but, once it gets icy, it's going to be a problem.
I have tried speaking to him sharply, and correcting him, which doesn't
work well, since he's pulling hard on the leash.
Does anyone have an idea how I can get him to not pull so hard to his spot?
I guess I could take him even more often, but I don't want to spend all
day running the dog out.  Guess it's time to take him back to the vet, who
didn't find anything last time.
I think he just likes to drink.
