[NAGDU] Wild to pee

Yup, been putting water on the food for years. I put a fair amount on the
food, probably a cup or a little more. So it's approximately half and half
water and kibble.

I've thought about trying raw again. I'm super leery of the idea because
Monty got sick before. I know the health benefits and I do think it would
be ideal, but...it freaks me out.

There is a theory out there that if dogs are fed a raw diet, or a diet of at
least moist food, like canned, that they will drink less. Kibble is dry and
thus dehydrating.

I do know when I fed raw, my boys drank less then when I feed kibble.

have you guys tried putting hot water on the dry food? This seems to help
in my house with the camel imitations. We can’t afford to feed raw anymore,
unfortunately, so wetting the food is next best thing..
