[NAGDU] picking up after dog

Dar,
With a girl dog and the toiletting harness, you have to put it on after she wets.  Otherwise, there will be a big mess both inside and outside the bag.  Also, if you use a bag which is too big, this can happen.

To get her to stay in one spot, hold the lead right up where the snap is, by the collar.
