[NAGDU] FW: [seeing-eye] New law in Michigan: Service dogs can be registered

This concerns me because if I travel to MI and don't have one of those
patches will I be harassed by business owners?  What happens then?  I
know it says "people can," but that may be interpreted by business
owners as "people must."
