[NAGDU] FW: [seeing-eye] New law in Michigan: Service dogs can be registered

the last time I read the Cali statutes it did mention that if the dog was from a school not recognized by the board of guide dog schools, that the dog ws not a legitimate guide dog.  the recognized schools were all in California.  this was some time ago, though.  I can remember Ed and Toni Eames taling about it, that their Leader Dogs weren’t kosher in California, technically.
