[NAGDU] Streaming for the 2016 Convention

Hi Danielle and all.

Streaming will be offered this year.  There is only one NAGDU meeting
this convention, and it is tonight.  For folks at convention, it
starts at 6, but the meeting proper, hence the stream, won't start
until 7:00 PM Eastern time.

The server is up now, so if you want to make sure it works, you can
connect to test that things are working for you.  If you connect
before the meeting starts, you'll hear a test message.

We're doing the streaming ourselves, and in previous years, we've had
some hitches.  We're hoping that that won't be the case this year, but
if the stream drops off, just keep listening.  We'll do our best to
get it back online as quickly as possible.

for questions, use the twitter hashtag #nagdu2016.  There may be other
ways to communicate as well, and if so, those will be announced in
later emails or on the stream.
