Trust me this baby is going to pul if that is what she wishes to do.
It doesn't matter what you have on her.
Yes she is wearing it.
There are days when she is learning what I am teaching her not to pull 
so hard, and other days she could care less.
I am guessing this is still the puppy in her.
You correct her, and if she wants to do something you can just fly a kite.
I correct anyway and then do those mean push ups.
Wow then I am really on her bad side loll.
