[NAGDU] Coconut Oil for Labs

It depends on the quality of oil that you want. Wal-Mart has coconut oil.
I bought some and used it to make soap and in tiny amounts on my own hair.
It worked fine, but it's not something that I would personally cook with or
give to my dog to eat. If I were going to do that, I'd purchase a higher
quality from a health foods store.

I think Connie might have been asking where to get coconut oil. I buy it at
my neighborhood health food store. Other people get it online. It wouldn't
surprise me to find it at some grocery stores.
