[NAGDU] Allergies

I will send the rules again one day. Mostly they are pretty easy. And we
have to be nice to one another. That one seems a little tough sometimes.
Lately though our counts have been down, people have been nice, and mostly
stayed on topic. One other rules though ... don't write one liners.
