[NAGDU] Dogfood - chicken allergy?

Krokus doesn't seem to do well with chicken-based dogfood.  Does anyone know
if other birds are similar protein to chicken, i.e., if he has trouble with
chicken, would turkey also be a problem?

He is doing well on buffalo and venison, but what people have said about
occasionally switching proteins makes sense, so I'm looking at other foods.
