[NAGDU] Harness Sign -- Which One?

Hello Lisie,
I have a Handyworks sign, which I really like. I can't speak to the other
signs. But to signs in general, I find it's helpful to have one. No, it
doesn't deter everyone, and some people do read the sign and then try to pet
my dog (and when I politely ask them not to they're always horrified with
themselves because it's more a reflex than they're deliberately ignoring the
sign). But I've found having a sign does make a difference. Plenty of people
will read the sign, assure me they're not going to pet my dog, and then take
the opportunity to ask me questions, which I always answer because I take
every opportunity to educate people about why they shouldn't pet my
dog--most people don't understand the reasoning behind it and when I explain
it's a safety concern, they totally get it. I've also had many people thank
me for having the sign and say it's really helpful--especially people with
small children. And speaking of children, I've found the sign is really
great at keeping kids from running up to me screaming
"Puppyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!" So if you're considering a sign, especially if it's
because people don't see your dog's harness, I definitely recommend.

Hello Lizzie,

I have never used a harness sign but I understand that they really don't D
tour people from petting your dog. People simply ignore the sign or read it
and pet your dog anyway.

Handiworks and GDUI. I also came across signs made by a shop on Etsy called
Patience & Love.

realize my Golden is wearing a harness. Some of them see a Golden and
gravitate to him haha. But others really don't know because his fur covers
the entire back and girth strap and sometimes the chest strap too. For some
reason, the handle alone isn't always enough to indicate that he's a service
dog!

made by Patience & Love? I have heard the Handiworks signs are goodbut I
prefer the wording on the GDUI sign and I like that I can pick custom
working from the shop on Etsy. I'm wondering how well they hold up. And I
wanted to ask how long it takes for the GDUI sign to be shipped? I can't
find that information anywhere on their website.

autocorrect is not always helpful.
