[NAGDU] boxers as guides

I know that The Seeing Eye used to give out Boxers sometimes when someone
had allergies. They seem to work fine. I remember as a kid my dad was into
boxers and he wanted to donate pups to The Seeing Eye. I don't guess he ever
did though. Anyway, because they have so little hair, you would have to make
sure they had a coat I would think. So I know nothing as you can see.

Subject: [NAGDU] boxers as guides

Hello to all of our Friends from the list.

this is a question out of pure curiosity...how are boxers as guides?

I was at the vet the other day and met a very charming boxer, friendly YT
not overly exuberant, adorable really. that made me remember that I've heard
of them being used as guides so I'm wondering if anyone has one or has had
experience with one and what are they like.

No, I'm not contemplating a breed change--smile I still love my labs, but if
I ever do get another breed you will be the first to know.

Cordially,

Dan and the Parker Pup
