[NAGDU] Coddled Puppies Make Poor Guide Dogs

I'm thinking I need to do a brush up on how you get to be a guide dog.
*wink. I would like a dog who was once a breeder. Maybe my next one? Or
maybe I won't ever have a next one. Time will tell.

Remember that all of the puppies go through training. Thus, if a dog is
pretty exceptional and is being considered as a breeder, its alteration is
put off. If it completes training and is, again, exceptional, it's
redirected to the breeding program. Thus, while a breeder may well not be a
guide dog in the field, all the breeders have had the requisite training to
do the job, so it makes sense.
