well, but everyone is different when it comes to orientation and mobility in new places and every dog is, too. And it also depends on the surroundings. When there's a meadow or spot of grass or whatever nearby, some directions might suffice or I'll ask to be shown the way once. But there are places where it's harder to get to a relieving area and then I'd ask for assistance a second time, too.


Janell, you could also go outside the hotel and then ask passers-by for directions so you wouldn't have to rely on hotel staff if they're very busy.
