[NAGDU] LYFT: Not Exactly Guide Dog Related, So Feel Free To Respond Off-List.

I've had less of a problem with Lyft than with Uber.  I've only had to
report one Lyft driver but reported 4 Uber drivers and then reported two
others for trying to take advantage of me by driving around so much they
hoped the fare would recalculate.

Generally, yes, although the driver does have the option to refuse. My
experience tells me that mostly they do not, however,
