[NAGDU] Guide dogs in school districts

It *might* need to be in the IEP. Seems service dogs for students fall under a different set of regs, at least, that's what I've read anyway, i.e. not the ADA, and they may need to be part of the education plan even though they aren't educational exactly. Kinda dumb, but there it is. ...
