[NAGDU] Service dog license

Yes, according to the ADA they can only ask those two questions as to if the dog is a service dog and what test does it perform. In the case of guide dogs those questions are answered by the guide dog harness. Therefore those questions cannot be asked of guide dog handlers because the answers are obvious
