I have stuffed a kong with
* peanut butter
* yogurt
* moistened kibble
* canned food
* dehydrated/freeze-dried food
* ground turkey/other meat that is leftover

I always freeze the kong, and it typically takes about 15-30 minutes
for my food obsessed dog to lick it clean.
