[NAGDU] Note from the Moderator

>From time to time we receive messages on a list whose authors have rather
strange names. I can remember feeling a little concern about Peter Wolf.
Peter, I'm sorry, but when I saw your name I started humming the music from
that piece. Anyway, I wrote to Marion about it, but I did not write a snarky
message being somewhat welcoming, but not very welcoming, to the list. When
people come on this list and you have doubts, please speak with me off list
about it or, if you can't bear the thought of doing that, write to David
Andrews or to one of the NAGDU board privately. You could even write the
person privately if you can be nice, but maybe better to start with asking
one of us. We do get Spam, and sometimes, though rarely, it comes here
because the spammer may subscribe. We really have to treat our guests with
love and respect. When they are from another part of the world, a little
extra hospitality may be in order. This is a part of the rule that says, "be
nice." That's the most important rule we have. Please in the future, if you
question the validity of someone on here, write me or someone on the board.
Let's make a huge effort to be welcoming to each other. We never know whose
life we might change for the better.
