Trust me, I have already considered that since he would not take me
seriously about Belto's behavior around other dogs including ones we
encountered during class. I have to give a big thanks to people on this
list who suggested the pinch collar because it put an end to that issue
which makes me happy because last thing I wanted to do was send the dog back
especially Belto who works really well especially today when it was quite
hot, and he kept right on going.

If you're not being taken seriously by your field representative, you may
want to consider switching schools.
