The school is Guiding Eyes for the Blind in New York that is using the
computer software. I suppose GDB could be, too, but GEB was the school on
the news.

That's interesting. At first blush, the very notion made my hair stand on
end for some reason. On second thought, a computer evaluating the data
without human emotional bias might reach reliable conclusions.
Well, if the data is provided without human emotional bias. I dunno, it
would be interesting to see what happens if they expand the experiment.
I wonder if there's a fuller report published somewhere giving more details.
The notion is intriguing for sure, but I'm not ready to jump for joy over a
great new age of computerized guide dog selection.
