[NAGDU] Emotional Support Dog attack on delta.

I don't know that it really matters whether or not Heather can produce
specific reports pertaining to Delta. I think we can all agree too
many airlines have not properly trained their employees on dealing
with accommodating service animals. To be fair, their job is
complicated by the proliferation of emotional support animals for
which there is too often little in the way of registration or
validated training. This is in part why I am in favor of all handlers
being required to produce documentation proving the animal's adequacy
to be allowed in public spaces, including the tight confines of an
aircraft. I don't much care for additional government regulation, but
I can't see a feasible alternative that both upholds rights and
protects the public.

Best,

Joe
