Hello Everyone,Here's an update on HB3162, that toxic Illinois Service Animal bill proposed by Representative Natalie A. Manley. At a 27 February 2017 public meeting hosted by Representative Manley, and attended by many Illinois Service Animal teams ( I was not able to attend ), and the public. Representative Manley stated that she would not push the bill forward until a committee of SD Owners,  Owner Trainers, and Owners of Illinois Service Dog Training Programmes could be formed to draft a workable bill. I have signed up for the committee. I will keep the group posted as to developments.
