[NAGDU] need suggestions re kids without supervision in my apartment complex

Aleeha: What a frustrating situation! Trying to educate the children
in the ways suggested is a great idea, but is there anyone in the
building that you can talk to to find out who the parents are? It
seems like that should be your next step--go through all channels to
learn who the parents are, and try to communicate with them. You
didn't mention what language they speak, but perhaps The Seeing Eye
has information packets in other languages besides English?<div
