So, today I decided to go out without using the pinch collar on Belto to see
if he has gotten it into his head yet that some of his behaviors are a no
no.  That experiment failed with him finding anything he could stop and
sniff.  So, back to using the pinch collar.  The little bit of good news is
that he did not get distracted by two other dogs as much as he used to. So,
I think I might be getting somewhere with that problem.
