Hello:

I use a spray by Fresh 'n Clean that comes in a pump bottle.  It has a 
moisturizer in it for dogs with dry itchy skin.  I have used this with my 
golden retrievers for the past 20 years.  They also make a shampoo that is a 
three-in-one shampoo/conditioner/moisturizer.  I get it from 
www.petsupplies4less.com.  Note, it is the number 4 not f o r spelled out. 
That website has good prices that are lower than many other sites.

In my experience, grooming sprays are safe.  The potential problems
occur when the dog has sensitive skin, allergies, dry skin or other
similar issues.

I have used scented sprays including a cheap colone which made my dog's
coat kind of sticky.  I tossed that one.  I have a lavender spray that I
really like.  It has a light clean scent, doesn't make the coat sticky
and my dogs have no problem with it.  I have also used the wipes by
Earth bath.  I like those a lot.  I use the wipes on my Doberman because
I have to be careful with bathing her too much.  Her skin can get very
dry and itchy.

Did you find a grooming glove?  I sell them in my Blind Mice Mall shop.
