Thank you Ken! very helpful and good directions. I happened to have a
new pack of doggy pickup bags and I planned on using them for cleaning
Mocha's cage. Vivianna, you're brave! I am severely afraid of rats!
And yes, I have noticed where my piggy is going. If I am correct, yes
it's just a certain corner, and I'm glad about it. I think it'll work
out. Thanks Rich, I thought of using a plastic or rubber glove as
well. You know like the kind used to put perms in your hair? I don't
know where to get them though. Thank you Heather! I like your idea
about the carrots for distraction while he is at the top platform. He
is a little guy and can't quite climb up the ramp yet and I had to
lower his food and water temporarily and pull some hay down for him. I
use shredded paper too. Didn't think of baking soda. I have a solid
bottomed cage and planned on using vinegar and water to clean once a
week. I like your setup and would love a container to store all the
supplies in one space. Do you have the name of your container or the
maker? Thanks John! Richard, I thought those were cool as well.
Hahahahaha! Ann you are so right. I already wash my hands quite more
than most. I just don't like icky hands and especially not for too
long. That is how I found out where he was going as the paper was
matted in that particular area. Alright cindy.
