Hello Tracy, first, we switched from a food with the usual grains like weat in it to something with no grains and then we switched from dry food to canned food. It‘s a little German company which only uses organic ingredients. Do you have a wholistic vet in your area? I have heard of a few people having success with those issues by using wholistic methods, just a thought. 

Hope the cranberry pills do help.
