First, visit www.nfb.org/rideshare-test and file the complaint there. You
also should file a complaint with Uber. You also  might contact Tim Elder,
the lead council on the Uber litigation. His contact is Phone: (410)

Also, I am prejudice, but try Lyft. We seem to have fewer problems with
Lyft. I hope this helps.
