Two things. First please report this on the NFB Rideshare site,
www.nfb.org/rideshare-test. Second please let Tim Elder know about this. The
Lyft actions as described by you go against the agreement.

I had a problem with Lyft the other day when a driver refused to pick me and
my dog up.  I am not happy with how Lyft handled the issue either.  First
they claimed they could not find any rides with the date and time and driver
that I was talking about, and once someone found it, the only thing they did
is block that driver from ever picking me up again.
