My husband Andy and I have had this conversation about dog names way too often in our home. LOL. Before he went to get Alec this last summer, we would toss names around. When he called to introduce me to his new dog, I’m not sure who was more nervous about the name. I breathed a sigh of relief when he told me his name was Alec. Now, I await my class date, and the names are being tossed around once again. I am still nervous, except this time it’s for me. LOL. I agree with you that I definitely do not want a dog with a completely ridiculous name.
