If it happens, probably a city bus or emergency vehicle such as a police
car. Everything like his entire medical history is ready to go. The only
pills he takes is the normal flea/tick stuff and a pill for gas buildup if
needed for stress.

I would think that you would take food, the sleeping arrangement for him,
especially if it is a portable crate, and a favorite toy. Maybe grooming
tools, too, but I don't know how you yourself are evacuating. What sort of
transportation would you have?

A large portion of my city is under an evacuation warning because of a
potential dam collapse. In the event we get called for evacuation, what
supplies should I take for my dog?
